Hello Friends! This is Reyansh Roshan, your very own Viral Engineer Baba!

As many of you have asked me, “How do we get started with the Microsoft 365 Business trial?”, I have prepared a detailed step-by-step guide for you.

Office 365 Business Trial

Office 365 Business plans have been renamed to Microsoft 365 Business plans. You can get a one-month free trial for the Microsoft 365 Business plans, which include a range of features designed to help your business operate efficiently and securely. These trials are an excellent way to test the full suite of tools before committing to a paid subscription.

During the trial period, you get access to the premium Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You also benefit from cloud services such as Microsoft Teams for collaboration, OneDrive for cloud storage with 1 TB per user, and business-class email with Outlook and Exchange.

To sign up for a trial, you typically visit the official Microsoft 365 website, select the specific plan you want to try (such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Premium), and follow the on-screen instructions. A credit or debit card is often required to sign up, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid future charges.

The trial allows you to experience key features, including:

  • Desktop, web, and mobile versions of the core Office apps.
  • Custom business email for a professional brand identity.
  • Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams for chat, calls, and meetings.
  • Cloud storage on OneDrive for easy file access and sharing.
  • Security features such as multi-factor authentication and anti-malware protection.
  • Simplified IT management through the admin center to easily add and manage users.

This trial period gives you the perfect opportunity to see how Microsoft 365 can integrate with your business processes and meet your team’s needs before making a financial commitment.

You can learn more about how to get a free trial of the software from this video

This video is a comprehensive tutorial on how to get a Microsoft 365 Business Trial license, and it’s super easy. In the video, I walk you through the process of setting up a Microsoft 365 E3 trial account.

  2. Provide your information: Next, you provide your personal and company information to create the account [04:17].
  3. Verify your phone number: The process includes a quick verification of your phone number [05:38].
  4. Create your account: You will then create a username and password for your new account [06:19].
  5. Payment details: You will be asked to add payment details for a small verification charge, but don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the trial itself [08:04].
  6. Confirm details: You will need to confirm your personal details, including your PAN number for verification [09:03].
